Please arrive a few minutes early so we can begin on time. If you’re more than 15 minutes late to a group class we can’t safely admit you, and it will be treated as a late cancellation.

Most venues have nearby parking or village parking. Venue details are on the Contact page map and in your booking confirmation.

Is Pilates a substitute for medical treatment?

No. Pilates supports healthy movement but doesn’t replace medical advice or treatment. If you have concerns, please consult your GP or healthcare professional first — and let us know so we can adapt safely.
